Abstract:
A short representation via use for project control the QFD methodics. It is shown
as defined project aims and requirements via a QFD matrix in the course of the
project with regard to its covering are evaluated.
Author: Peter Brandenburg has been responsibly at the Mannesmann Mobilfunk GmbH in
Duesseldorf since 1994 for quality assurance of software development. He was
Prozessleiter of quality assurance from 1997 to 1999. Since August 2001 Peter
Brandenburg is Fachreferent for projectmanagement and controlling at the main
department implementation / fixed network in technical department. At the beginning
of 2000, he changed to department for quality standards and characteristics (QoS)
as a Fachreferent for quality managment at the technical department. He was before
at Mannesmann Kienzle of 1987 to 1994 in the fields of UNIX systems, nets
and -administration and employed at the field Produktmanagment (installation +
distribution). Within this time, he guided the subproject on the subject
"configuration and version administration" as WorkPackageLeader in an ESPRIT
project (Konfigurationsmanagment for client server applications in the technical
environment) over 4 years and was also responsible for the conception and
realization of the system. From 1981 to 1987 Peter Brandenburg was project manager
at the Mannesmann Roehrenwerken and the Mannesmann Datenverarbeitung for the
evolution of Interactive Query System on the place of work in technical companies (
drill pipe and operations scheduling) and the conception and realization of a
system "single tube pursuit" for technical quality assurance. He completed study
of mathematics and economic theory at the university of Bonn. Peter Brandenburg is
since 1994 an enthusiastic fan of the QFD methodics.
